The Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Analyst works on leveraging and utilizing Microsoft’s cloud powered productivity and communication solutions. This analyst understands and helps define business needs with various department and team members and troubleshoots, recommends, configures, and implements those solutions that are part of the Microsoft technology suite. This Analyst is responsible for ensuring MedVanta and its clients makes the most of its investment in the Microsoft 365 platform.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting up various Microsoft business applications for different user and department needs.
  • Oversees Exchange, Azure AD administration and its domain tenant environment.
  • Operate O365 ecosystem with strong focus in productivity and collaboration to ensure that deliverables are managed effectively and are completed in a timely manner.
  • Drive the adoption, design, configuration, and deployment of M365 Services, generating value and strong user adoption across the organization(s).
  • Work with department leaders to automate or streamline repetitive tasks, or to reimagine workflows based on available solutions offerings.
  • Assist with the assessment, deployment, and administration of any additional third-party tools to be considered or introduced into the environment.
  • Lead and facilitate relationship with third party mail/O365 managed services provider(s).
  • Manages and troubleshoots basic security and device management and access issues.
  • Working to develop service catalogs or standards that determine which products or services are most appropriate to meet their business needs – when to use Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
  • Support, participate, and lead workplace technologies initiatives.
  • Design and setup environments for team collaboration and information sharing.
  • Act as business applications analyst, assist with third party solutions within an ITIL, service management and delivery organization (to include second-tier support).
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, focus on continuous availability and performance.
  • Interpret and translate project and solutions outcomes, articulate the ROI, cost, and benefits.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, healthcare administration or a related field: experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor’s degree requirement.
  • 5+ years of related technical, analyst, and solutions experience.
  • Knowledge of project management and technology methodologies and best practices.
  • Microsoft certifications and training is highly desirable.

  • Proven understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 technologies such as Exchange, Azure AD, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, Visio, Planner, PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience troubleshooting email, login, authentication, multi factor authentication.
  • Experience in automating processes and integrating systems using Power Automate.
  • Experience in technologies related to meeting room, telephony or contact center is a plus
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interest in engaging with our end-user community to drive technology adoption

  • Experience managing outsourced IT providers and experience working with a variety of third-party technical organizations to achieve business goals
