Job SummaryWe are looking to employ an energetic and passionate Tennis coordinator to provide tennis lessons to students of varying ages and skill sets. Responsibilities include evaluating students' performance, ensuring that all tennis equipment is in good working order, and educating students on tennis game strategies and good sportsmanship. You should also maintain a professional appearance at all times.

To be successful as a Tennis Coordinator, you should be knowledgeable of different coaching methods and able to perform first aid as needed. Ultimately, an outstanding Tennis Coach should be able to motivate students and demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Would need to be willing to work Saturdays in Broomfield and Sundays In Lakewood. Additional hours in the evening through the week in Broomfield/Thornton area. Pay is Hourly and based on experience and availability. Responsibilities

• Teach & demonstrate core concepts and implement Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied work schedule, including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
