The Traffic Specialist role is responsible for driving and leading the workflow process for marketing projects and milestones across multiple functions. This individual impacts the business by supporting Theme Floorset. Ongoing responsibilities include creating and updating all records in FileMaker to support the Brand in providing the field all 2D marketing.

Specifically, this position will:
  • Leverage knowledge gained from production kickoffs, floorset walkthroughs, floorplans, communication tools, and cross functional partnerships in order to make decisions required to build each Sign List in FileMaker (Digital Record Software Program). Decisions necessary for a Final Sign List build include:
o Fixture Focus, Store Types and Channels, Size, Dimensions and Quantities
  • Complete updates in the Sign List daily to ensure appropriate changes are made resulting in the field receiving the materials needed to execute each floorset flawlessly.
  • Complete seasonal updates to data in FileMaker including Sign Type options, Milestone options, and team notifications.
  • Partner with procurement partners to ensure packs are label and organized to support store execution.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners by creating projects to support CMI, Human Resources and the Field Execution team for all 2D theme requirements.
  • Maintain the replenishment website to support stores with missing or damaged marketing.
  • Creates store-facing marketing communication and supports Magazine for all stores.

Qualifications

  • Project Coordination experience required and Retail and/or Marketing Experience a plus.
  • FileMaker Pro experience preferred.
  • InDesign experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree required.
