SALARY: $16.91 with $0.50 shift differential


The Training Administrator position is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.

Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 9:30PM to 6:00AM.


This person will be responsible for…

  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track progress.
  • Presenting training courses/materials, including classroom training, practical on the job training, and mentoring employees in both group and individual settings.
  • Ensure training records are accurate and up to date as required by State, Federal and local regulations and company policies and identifying any training gaps/deficiencies.
  • May coordinate and maintain a schedule for training presentations.
  • May assist with maintaining/filing safety records which would include safety walks, facility inspections, and other similar reports.
  • Preparing and disseminating training materials, notes, and forms.
  • Assists in compiling reports on training programs.
  • Enters data into a training database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bilingual Spanish is desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position works in a warehouse/distribution center setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
