Assurance, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) - General Global Treasury Advisory Services (GTAS) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1420368), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Francisco, CA.


Provide treasury services to public and private corporations, financial services organizations, government agencies and not-for-profits organizations. Execute Treasury engagements by applying hands-on practical Treasury skills and expertise. Support a broad range of Treasury projects which may include liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, Treasury technology, post- merger integration and organizational design. Deliver high quality work by supporting a broad range of Treasury projects which may include liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, Treasury technology, post- merger integration and organizational design. Develop client deliverables and engagement documentation. Support proposal development and business development initiatives for prospective treasury engagements.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.


Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the treasury services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related, and 4 years of work experience in the treasury services industry.

Must have 4 years of experience in a large global corporate treasury department or in a treasury consultant role.

Must have 4 years of experience with financial risk management and currency risk management.

Must have 4 years of experience with cash and liquidity management.

Must have 4 years of experience with treasury technology and international treasury centers.

Must have 4 years of experience supervising a team of at least 4 treasury consultants.

Must have 4 years of experience in managing comprehensive treasury transformation projects and implementing new processes and procedures.

Must have 4 years of experience in sales of consulting and professional services experience.

Must have Certified Treasury Professional certificate (CTP) or equivalent or have the education/experience to obtain it within one year of hire.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
