Job Description

Overview:
You take care of patients.
We’ll take care of everything else.
Including you.

You’ve spent years learning and training to provide outstanding care for your patients. That’s why our model lets you focus on taking care of them. Our physicians have wrap-around practice and administrative support to do many of the things that aren’t clinical, from answering emails to providing follow-up instructions, to helping secure social services for your patients.

We take care of you, too, with exceptional compensation packages, market-leading retirement contributions, gold-star health benefits, generous PTO, sabbatical opportunities, continuing medical education time and allowance, and leadership development through our in-house Northwest Permanente University.

Position Overview:
Northwest Permanente is seeking a fellowship trained Urogynecologist that is board certified/eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Our dynamic practice is comprised of five urogynecologists at our Kaiser Sunnyside Campus with surgical services at both our Sunnyside and Westside Campus locations. The Urogyn division is under the leadership of our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our close association with the departments of colorectal surgery and urology allow physicians to practice the full scope of urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery. Our new Urogynecologist will be on a 1:5 call rotation with in-house call support by the OBGYN generalists. Our team is truly interprofessional with two full time urogynecologic nurses and multiple pelvic floor physical therapists. The department is also a training site for Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) FPMRS fellows as well as medical students and residents in the operating room. This position is a part-time, 0.7 FTE role.

Working for Northwest Permanente, our Urogynecologists enjoy:

$273,000 to $352,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
  • Salary: $212,520 to $258,300 for 0.7 FTE
  • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
  • 90%+ employer paid health plan
  • Paid annual education leave + $1.4K annual education allowance
In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:
  • Relocation allowance - up to $15K
Other Exceptional Benefits:
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Shareholder opportunities
  • Paid sabbatical after attaining shareholder status
  • Projected annual total rewards value may be adjusted for FTE, experience, geography, and qualifications are subject to plan participation requirements. Speak to our physician recruiter for full details.
