SUMMARY

Working with a full-time freelance videographer, you will work alongside and in conjunction with the owner as his editor. You will work on projects that cover various industries from real estate to education, taking the raw footage and delivering the finished product to the client.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product
  • Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client's specifications and company norms
  • Establish and maintain an easily-navigated, cloud-based video library
  • Maintain good communication with owner on the timeline and completion of your tasks
  • Act as second camera on larger shoots (as needed)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, emphasis on Premier, After Effects, and Lightroom (Photoshop and Illustrator a plus)
  • Experience in production and/or editing is a must
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure, ability to multi-task essential
  • Flexible, likes working with defined systems but can also handle ambiguous tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional – in attitude and demeanor
  • Creative, critical thinker – can respond to a constantly changing fast paced environment

HOURS & PAY

  • Part or full time (depending on skill level) - Flexible hours to be discussed
  • 1099 Contractor position - no benefits included at this time
