As one of the world’s largest online sea moss retailers, Herbal Vineyards relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfillment center. We consider our warehouse to be a well-oiled machine, driven by a customer-centric mentality. To deliver on our promise to consumers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a warehouse associate to join our team within our fulfillment center in Norcross, GA. This professional multitasker will help with receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy and coordinate orders.

The warehouse associate will be in charge of:

• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Experience with food manufacturing/ecommerce companies is a huge plus for this role. Communication in person and with online teams via slack will be a necessity.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
• Valid Driver’s License
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for 1 years
• Proficiency with warehouse management software
• Comfortable with Shopify, Amazon, & Shipstation Platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Peachtree Corners, GA 30092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
