JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE PROCESSOR

SUMMARY:

The Warehouse processor is responsible for the processing of softline and hardline donations material. This processing includes, but is not limited to quality checks, cleaning items, pricing, tagging items, and proper channeling of product post sort.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-sorts donations and places the materials into correct storage bins;
• Checks for quality in soft and hardline departments
• Efficiently determine sellable or salvage, meeting production or sorting goals
• Efficiently clean and test donated electronic products to determine sellable or salvage.
• Accurately price and tag products based on pricing guide as needed
• Handles all aspects of transporting of donations;
• Loads, unloads and transports inventory to and from the warehouse and retail stores.
• Moves inventory within warehouse to maintain efficient operations.
• Assists with floor maintenance and provides routine maintenance of building and grounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous retail experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is usually working in a warehouse setting
• At times this employee may be exposed to the outside environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
