require Wok Chef experience ( 6 months+)

We are currently seeking an experienced Wok Chef to join our team. The Wok Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes using a wok, as well as ensuring that the kitchen and wok station are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of dishes using a wok, including stir-fries, fried rice, and noodles
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including the wok and surrounding area
• Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is presented in an attractive manner
• Work with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the Kitchen Manager of any shortages or discrepancies
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wok Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of various wok cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders at once
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
