Marina Feeser

Marina has been volunteering with the Surfrider Foundation since 2017, but has loved being near the water since childhood when her Dad would take her and her older sister all over the state to go fishing with him. Since then she has become a voice for protecting our local waterways and recently became the chair of the Ocean City chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. Our chapter works toward clean water and healthy beaches for all, through a variety of programs centered around preventing plastic pollution and advocating for public beach and water access, ocean protection and coastal preservation. Marina also serves on the City of Salisbury’s Green Team to help the city advance its sustainability efforts, while protecting our city’s beloved Wicomico River, tributary of the Bay. Marina is a graphic designer by trade and a part-time coastal defender, but in her spare time you’ll almost always find her out enjoying the water on her paddleboard.
