The Account Associate is responsible for service activities that may be organized by product line or by producers (i.e., captive agents’ independent agents/brokers) who are purchasing or have already purchased our products providing problem resolution and operations and administrative support. This is primarily an inbound call center position , where we will respond to producer inquiries, research records to resolve discrepancies or expedite cases to ensure customer focus. Directly handle basic inquiries, interact with other internal functions (i.e., sales/marketing and operations) and partner with sales to enhance producer relationships focusing on service support.
