Account Executive, Tech-Sales

US Remote

Coding Temple is seeking an Account Executive, Admissions to join our rapidly growing team! We are looking for a personable and sharp individual who thrives in a rapidly growing start-up environment. You will be responsible for increasing in-bound lead conversion and student enrollment while supporting the Admissions Team. You’ll be the first contact for prospective students as they explore their educational options, navigate their career paths, and our admissions process to learn about Coding Temple. The ideal candidate must be extremely personable and able to learn quickly

At Coding Temple we are looking for candidates who are passionate about making a change in their careers that will impact their lives. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and helping them through the admissions process. In this role you will directly be contributing to making a difference within the organization by helping students start their journey towards a new career in tech

As Account Executive you will:

• Have an expert-level understanding of our program, course offerings, and answer any questions from prospective students via phone, email, and SMS.

• Guide students through the application process including application, assessment scheduled admissions calls, payment plan, and enrollment agreements.

• Organize and take notes on contacts made to share data with the admissions team

• Be able to track and report prospective student data

• Hosting and creating online events for prospective students; informative sessions, FAQ’s. Occasional nights and weekends are required.

• Contact and nurture prospective students to get leads to move down the admissions pipeline

• Continuously strategize, improve systems, and develop processes for better lead flow with the admissions team

Your Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Phone Sales experience

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented. You are an expert in time management and multitasking.

• Skillful communicator and ambassador. You are personable, compassionate, and patient. You are comfortable speaking with different groups of people from all different backgrounds.

• Experience managing a sales or recruitment pipeline to reach quantifiable goals including increased applicant-to-enrollment ratios.

• A fast learner who can retain information and present that information in an easily digestible manner

• Quick thinker that can adapt to situations on the fly.

• Has experience in a CRM (we use Pipedrive. Salesforce or similar experience)

• Ability and eager to learn new skills quickly with training

Expected Compensation

• $60k-$70k annually + Quarterly Bonuses

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
