Job Description

We are searching for a results-driven Account Manager to handle a sales territory of customers. A successful Account Manager will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. Manage handoff from Business Develop Manager to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.

Job Duties

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Knowledgeable of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager
