This role serves as the Missile Defense Program

Management Program Integrator. Responsibilities include working as a liaison with the MDA customer to coordinate Technical Instructions across the MDA contracts, coordination with the Program Managers in support of a demanding business rhythm inclusive of Technical Instruction requirements planning, reporting, and forecasting for Fiscal Year execution, maintaining an external business rhythm with MDA, review of Earned Value CDRLs prior to submission to the MDA customer, and workforce planning coordination for the MDS program office.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience working on DoD contracts
  • Experience working with external customers
  • Knowledge of Government budget cycles
  • Experience with Fiscal planning
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal management
  • Ability to multi-task across large organization with multiple players
  • Proven background of demonstrating initiative and ability to drive issues/actions to closure
  • Demonstrated Earn Value Management (EVM) and business acumen
  • Experience with project management techniques such as planning, budgeting, scheduling
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Ability to work on-site full-time. This is not a hybrid work from home position.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with managing budgets (such as CAM, Financial or Cost Analyst, etc.)
  • Experience with proposal products (for example: BOE, RFP and/or proposal processes)
  • Knowledge of Government funding limitations and colors of money
  • GRID (Workforce Planning) knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel with knowledge of pivot tables
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
