Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
• Identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files.
• Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Manager.
• Coordinate City Permits/Inspections.
• Answering Phones-Directing calls
• Maintain contract labor record up to date.
• Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transaction.
• Maintaining social media posting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
