Accounting Clerk job at Innova Custom Pools in El Paso, TX 79904

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
Identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files.
Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.
Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Manager.
Coordinate City Permits/Inspections.
Answering Phones-Directing calls
Maintain contract labor record up to date.
Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transaction.
Maintaining social media posting.
Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
