Job Details

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Full-cycle accounts payable
• Updating and processing accounts payable invoices.
• Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
• Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
• Preparing regular reports.
• Assisting with other accounting-related duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar is ideal, but not required.
• Experience of manual processing of invoices and credit cards into ERP system.
• Maintaining external documents.
• Ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of months of accounts payable experience (internships included).
• Good organizational abilities.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software (e.g. SAP).
