Pay range is $16.00 to $18.10 per hour

Purpose of position:

The core function of this position is to perform cash application on assigned customer accounts. The timely processing of these tasks ensures accurate customer ATB, which is critical for credit collection processes to maximize cash inflows.

Essential Job Functions:

Will complete cash application into SAP

Scanning and linking of remittances

Process credit tagging requests in SAP

Process Military Vendor Credit Memos (VCM)

Barcodes, prepares, verifies documents for scanning

Miscellaneous clerical responsibilities as needed (copy, fax, file, shred, boxing etc.)

Serve as a backup to pull daily EFT detail, batch checks for in-house deposit, etc.

Work directly with Customers and Team members as needed, to ensure accurate application of payment

Access Customer Portals

Research and resolve discrepancies pertaining to cash app.

Monitor and distribute emails within the general A/R inbox

Additional Functions:

As assigned by A/R Supervisors

Requirements:

High School Graduate.

Basic understanding of debits & credits.

Must be computer literate with SAP and Microsoft software.

Must be able to work independently with a high degree of organization and prioritization.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Good Mathematical Skills.

Accurate and detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
