The Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst will serve as a key point of support for the accounts receivables team, including the offshore BPO group. This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of current accounts receivables and commission procedures. The Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst will oversee daily and monthly processes, ensuring procedures are documented, as well as adhered to by the AR team, and assist with training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review all daily, weekly, and monthly reports from BPO group to ensure all processes are completed accurately and timely
• Identify any issues with the bank reconciliation schedule completed by the BPO group and address and/or escalate, as needed
• Address queries from BPO group and/or onshore team regarding cash application or distribution variances
• Escalate system issues to the appropriate support team for resolution reported by BPO/onshore group
• Review Workflow Management Cases on a daily basis to ensure customer service guidelines are being followed
• Review daily policyholder deposits to ensure accurate cash application
• Responds to inquiries from customers or clients, both internal and external, and researches and resolves concerns or discrepancies
