Administrative Support (Pathways Support)

Pathways Center for Grief and Loss


FT, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm


Pathways Center

  • Opening/closing the Pathways Center
  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Processing bereavement referrals
  • Running reports
  • Performing mail merges and creating mailing labels and letters
  • Maintaining databases
  • Training and working with foyer volunteers
  • Creating weekly calendars of events
  • Making room and equipment reservations
  • Maintaining and reconciling petty cash
  • Creating and updating handouts
  • Ordering food for the Coping Kids & Teens series
  • General assistance with Pathways events, set-up for trainings, programs, and support
  • Serving as backup to the Pathways Administrative Assistant

Inpatient Center (IPC) and Interdepartmental Support

  • Providing daily lunch coverage for the IPC secretary
  • Ordering and maintaining coffee, paper, and office supplies
  • Recording and coordinating the delivery of donations and mail
  • Serving as the liaison between Mount Joy and other departments

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Be detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required
