Job Description

SiteSearch is currently hiring for an administrative assistant. This position is remote but the candidate must work in the greater Indianapolis or Louisville area.

With more than twenty years of experience for a number of top rated sporting events and organizations, SiteSearch has provided expert and professional housing services for groups of all sizes. Our small, fast-paced office is growing and we are seeking a multi-tasker with an upbeat attitude that wants to grow with us!

Candidates must be able to provide polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, as well as handle day to day projects and tasks.

To be successful as a a SiteSearch team member, candidates should be professional, polite, attentive and accurate. Our team members must be extremely computer literate with quick and accurate typing skills and have basic Microsoft Excel experience. They should also excel at both verbal and written communication.

Our Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

· Answering inbound and outbound calls and emails

· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail

· Assist callers / respond to emails for hotel reservations, changes, cancellations

· General Office duties

· Light Accounting

· Data Entry

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

· Hotel experience preferred, but not required.

· Prior Administrative experience preferred, but not required.

· Attention to detail.

· Excellent Computer skills, typing, Excel.

· Positive attitude'
