Trinity Steam Cleaning is a carpet and steam cleaning service company in the Spring & Houston, TX area. We provide carpet, rug, tile, furniture, and other cleaning services to residential and commercial customers.

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in a hybrid remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our operations in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Respond to inquiries via Facebook Messenger & other social media
• Communicating job details with the technicians
• Communicating with the sales team
• Following up with customers after completed jobs
• Preparing reports, memos, and other documents
• Coordinating meetings and events
• Ordering and maintaining supplies
• Entering and submitting payroll
• Post content to company social media accounts
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned
• Contacting former customers to earn their business again

There will also be a significant sales component to this role. The Administrative Assistant will be able to earn commission for completed jobs that he or she books.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Serious attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Housecall Pro is a major plus.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the option to work remotely most of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
