We are seeking a professional, hard-working and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work with our management team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, enjoy working with creative people and have a strong sense of responsibility. A professional Personal Assistant will be responsible for drafting correspondence, analyzing financial reports and creating organized systems to support daily operations. The Personal Assistant position requires dedication, excellent communication skills and an ability to prioritize responsibilities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of tasks and projects including corporate event planning and logistics.
  • Attend a wide variety of professional business and social functions as needed.
  • Coordinate with other assistants, executives, and administrative staff.
  • Confer with executives regarding scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Assist in developing long-range personal and professional plans to help executive.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
