We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a busy auto body shop in Hamilton, NJ. Responsibilities would include scheduling appointments, checking customers in and out, data entry, filing, coordination of the tow of vehicles, scheduling rentals for upcoming repair appointments and some minor accounting work when needed. The candidate needs to be able to handle dealing with a high volume of customers and must be customer service oriented. The candidate needs to be a dependable individual with reliable transportation. We would prefer the candidate to have some sort of experience in this role but at the very least have office and or customer service experience. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 9:30AM-6PM.
