Job Description

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service with internal and external customers by consistent and timely communication of product orders, pricing and delivery. The Administrative Coordinator for Cheese Redistribution will enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities ensuring our customers receive the best product and service.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate all aspects of the customer’s orders by working with the purchase orders to ensure accuracy and the timely delivery.
  • Perform daily data entry to ensure accurate and expedited service.
  • Create customer correspondence and decide which form of communication is most effective.
  • Maintaining customer information to include pricing, and contact information.
  • Monitor cheese market changes and make the appropriate adjustments and provide timely communication.
  • Coordinate foodservice events as well as, attend and present products.


Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience working in an administrative, customer service or sales.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to take on any new challenges throughout the day ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent data entry to ensure correct and up to date customer orders.
  • Detailed oriented ensuring a high success in customer satisfaction
  • Strong communicator through written correspondence and verbal communication i.e. phone, email, letters, presentation and demonstrating
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Report Generation
  • Efficient use of time management.
