Overview (Text Only): Looking to TRADE up from a job to a career? Champion AC is looking for a Parts Administrator! This position pays an hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour! Qualifications:

• Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Previous HVAC, previous parts, warehouse, or Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• 
  Ordering HVAC parts on a day to day basis when the techs need it.
• When part comes into shop, verify that the part is the correct part.
• Update the parts order list as parts are ordered, scheduled, and completed.
• Updating customers on status of parts.
• Communicate with techs when needed.
• Dealing with dispatch when parts come in so they dispatch can schedule the part.
• Making sure the warranty part is returned to the warranty processing person.
• Assist with truck stock on the HVAC service side.
• Ensure trucks are properly stocked.
• Assist warehouse in filling the day to day restock requests from the service techs.
