We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision making. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support strategic decision making
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations
• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
