The RealReal is looking for a kind and curious Staff Android Software Engineer who enjoys solving challenging problems to join our Mobile team. This team's mission is to optimize the ease and enjoyment of our suite of mobile applications.

As a Staff Android Software Engineer you will be a strong influencer in our technical direction as well as an active hands-on contributor. You will be able to lead and contribute to significant initiatives as well as provide mentorship through code reviews and pairing.

The expected salary range for this role is $172,460.00 - $215,575.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
