YOUR LIFE AS AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

This customer service position can be either full- or part-time and typically works day shifts for up to 10 hours per day. Some weekend hours may be required.

As an Animal Hospital Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face and voice of our animal hospital! When people visit or call our practice, you greet them with a smile and a friendly voice. You diligently schedule appointments for veterinary services and answer any questions the pet owners have. Having a sick pet can be very distressing for some people, so you do your best to reassure them and ease their anxieties. As needed, you carefully handle the animals upon check-in and help our techs get them ready for their appointment.

After each appointment, you tactfully address billing and payment options with the owner. Eager to help your team, you perform other duties as needed to keep our office running smoothly. You love interacting with both humans and animals, and you take pride in connecting the pets in our community with exceptional care!
