Dabella is immediately hiring Appointment Setters to join our rapidly expanding Canvass team.

Our company specializes in home improvement projects such as the full replacement of roofing, siding, windows, and bath installation. We focus mainly on the exterior of the home. We now have 42 locations in 17 different states and are on a fast track to being in 50 locations by the end of next year. This opens substantial opportunities for growth and leadership advancement within our company as we prioritize promoting from within.

You will be working with homeowners to schedule free, no obligations, in-home estimates. You are responsible for establishing a comfortable time for the homeowner to meet with one of our experienced and award-winning Sales Representatives.

Requirements:

· Enjoy building relationships.

· Full Time Monday – Friday 11AM – 8PM.

· Ability to walk for 5+ hours outside during work hours.

· No experience required – We provide paid training.

Compensation – Base Hourly Rate plus UNCAPPED Bonus:

· Base: $18.00/hour

Daily Bonus:

• $75.00 for two issued leads.
• $50.00 per issued lead for leads 3-4.
• $75.00 per issued lead after 5 issued leads.

Monthly Bonus:

• $1000/month after $145,000 in net sales.

Average first-year earnings of $50,000 - $70,000, top performers earn over $100k.
