Our Apprentice program costs only $1,500, which is a fraction of what other schools charge for the same training. Regular prices for a Pet Grooming School range between $5000 and $10.000. The duration of the program is 2 to 3 months, depending on how quickly you master the necessary skills.
The reason why we can keep our tuition so low is that we offer training inside our mobile pet grooming vans while providing our services to clients. This way, you will gain valuable experience in the field, and we do not have any additional hard costs like regular schools.
Our training program is unique because we are a fast-growing company and in constant need of new professional groomers. Therefore, the help trainees provide while performing our services to our clients is valuable to us, which allows us to offer an affordable program. Moreover, after the training process, you will have the opportunity to potentially receive a job/partnership offer from Purrfect Grooming itself and be assigned to one of our next vans being deployed.
You will work closely with experienced mobile pet groomers and gain hands-on experience in bathing, brushing, and trimming pets according to owner preferences or breed standards. You will also learn how to check pets for any health issues or irregularities and ensure their safety and well-being during the grooming process. Additionally, you will learn how to maintain and clean the mobile grooming unit, communicate with pet owners to understand their specific requests and needs, and develop your customer service skills.
At the end of the training program, you will receive a certificate of completion from Purrfect Grooming School. We only accept people who have a passion for animals, specifically dogs and cats, and want to pursue a successful career as a Pet Groomer.
