Description
High risk apartment complex. Applicants should have experience working with difficult tenants. Guards to patrol by foot apartment complex. Guards to ask for identification and verify access of approved tenants and vendors. Guard to remove loiters, and vandals and call PD for trespassers who are damaging property. QR code system is used to record tours and routes during shift. Guards will conduct parking patrol and call tow company when necessary. Guards will have to show presence, observe, report, and call authorities when necessary. Guards to support management and law enforcement to remove tenants.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 1 year armed security experience (minimum) and be fully permitted
2. Officers are required to patrol the property by foot to provide the greatest visible presence on the property.
4. Officers are to check areas designated by client to be high risk.
5. Officers are required to be patrolling the property throughout shift.
6. Officers will complete a Daily Activity Report (DAR) every day they work by efficiently using digital checkpoints on property.
7. Any incident that requires an arrest or involvement in an investigation of a serious nature should be reported immediately to supervisor.
8. Officers should be friendly and professional.
9. ALL applicants must possess his/her own firearm and be able to show proof of ownership.
10. Apartment Security enforcing property rules and regulations.
