Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic person to assist the Director in all operational aspects of running the center.

The Best Candidate wil:

• Work directly with the Director to ensure the center is safe and the children are provided with a caring and loving environment to learn and grow.
• Must be able to hold the staff, children, and parents accountable for following the policies and procedures of the center.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions with children, staff, and parents.
• Strong computer skills, including typing, word processing, excel, and spreadsheets. Procare experience preferred.
• Ability to be in charge when the Director is out of the building.
• Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to step into a classroom anytime it is required.
• Willing to drive a van in the afternoons to pick up school-age children.
