ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
The Assistant F&B Manager is primarily responsible for delivering an exemplary Food & Beverage experience at our Founders Grill (Grill). As well as supporting all other areas of our F&B operations. The Assistant F&B Manager reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of the Grill.
· Assist in development, implementation and follow up in the training of all F&B coworkers.
· Development of the work schedule for the Grill staff.
· Conducts all inventory, ordering, stocking, rotation, pricing, BIB soda, mixers, and CO2 for the Grill and Clubhouse when assigned.
· In cooperation with the F&B Director and Executive Chef builds menus.
· Develops and trains all alcoholic mixology processes. Serves as bartender at the Grill and Clubhouse when needed.
· Participate in all sales, Banquet Event Planning, and training meetings.
· Conduct BEO meetings with Founders Grill Supervisors and Staff daily or as needed.
· Assumes the front of house “Manager on Duty” responsibility in the absence of the F&B Director or F&B Manager.
· Works in collaboration with the F&B Director to ensure that all members and their guests are satisfied with their food and service, responds to any additional requests or concerns immediately.
· Provides feedback to the F&B Director and/or Executive Chef regarding member/guest/staff compliments or concerns. Complete the communications loop.
