Restaurant Assistant General Manager | FS Food Group | Charlotte, NC

Relocation to Charlotte NC is necessary

FS Food Group is currently looking to hire a restaurant manager to join our prominent restaurant group in Charlotte, NC. We look for individuals with management experience seeking growth and are eager about engaging in day-to-day operations. Our managers build and support great teams, contributing to a fun and motivating place to work! These positions are the leaders who will help develop the next class of talent. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee service quality and dining experiences for our guests. Our #1 goal is to exceed our guest's expectations.
• Directing the hiring, supervision, and development of our FOH team members.
• Influence and guide great dining shifts. Set the tone for a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Prepare and conduct pre-shift meetings to efficiently communicate restaurant updates and daily specials. Inspire your team - This is where the fun happens.
• Ensure all financial and administrative duties are completed according to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Lead by example in enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
• Complying with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of floor management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and compliant restaurant guidelines
• High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
