Purpose of the Role


In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of analyst tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the sales department, which includes data and report creation. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer to create a reporting dashboard to be shared with other members of the executive team. The focus of this role will be designing and supporting sales initiatives as well as providing reporting and analytical support. This individual will help develop standardized tools and methodologies as well as improve the business process for operational efficiency. Lastly, you will be a key member of the implementation team for our CRM which will be used throughout all 5 offices.



Essential Job Responsibilities


  • Research and evaluate areas of opportunity for revenue growth.
  • Generate and follow through on innovative business development ideas for assigned market verticals.
  • Build robust reporting tools and generate analysis of trends for both new opportunities and sales by market vertical.
  • Prepare weekly communication on new opportunities and sales using CRM and other agreed upon methods.
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team, including pipeline support and preparing reports on new prospects and existing customers.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Ensure the sales team maintains accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM.
  • Monitoring sales and marketing performance and trends using KPI’s and understand the impact on the business.
  • Assist with the organization of sales events and trade shows.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Plan, organize, and successfully execute events and other sales activities as required by the CGO.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Excellent ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales or financial analytics experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills is required.
  • Prior experience in managing a CRM pipeline or in the construction Industry is a plus.
