  • Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising;
  • Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions;
  • Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies;
  • Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Able to work a flexible schedule;
  • Good math skills.

Family Dollar Managers provide leadership, sales management and customer service in all aspects of managing a Family Dollar store. They are responsible for building strong teams to support the communities we serve.
