Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions for our critical IT Design applications such as Polarion (ALM), including installation, configuration, documentation, testing / validation, maintenance and upgrades
- Act as 2nd level support working within our global Incident Management system (ServiceNow) for User support
- Interface with Business to ensure functionality requirements are documented and understood
- Ensure availability / uptime and performance of applications are deemed acceptable
- Maintain and implement security measures as required (patching, access control, change control, etc…)
- Provide off-hours support as required
- Minimal Travel requested as necessary
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of Programming languages (Python, Java, Perl, C++, XML)
- CI/CD Software Dev Tools (GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, JIRA)
- Code Repositories (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Cloud Environment (MSFT Azure preferred – DevOps, Data Factory, Machine Learning, High Performance Computing)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Apps / Automate / BI / VA)
- Model Based Systems Engineering V-model concepts
- Kubernetes / Containers
- Linux / Unix OS (Red Hat preferred)
- Agile / SDLC Software Development Methodology
