Otis Elevator Company is looking for a DT Associate Director to primarily lead the Sales and CRM Center of Expertise as part of the CIO- Sales, NE and CRM Portfolio. The Associate Director will lead the team and deliverables related to portfolio Solution Architect, Solutions cross-functional integrations, Data Management, CRM Countries rollout implementation and roadmap of applications updates including new products.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide and lead the Portfolio Solution Architect harmonization, design, standards definition while driving the project implementation with the architecture defined ensuring reliability and sustainability of architecture

Guide and review technical solution designed by build teams to ensure standards best practices.

Lead overall CRM technical vision/roadmap including updates and new products.

Manage New Solution POCs and prototype providing results for technical roadmap.

Lead CRM Solution countries roll-outs managing assessment, design and plan of execution working with countries business and DT stakeholders.

Lead countries roll-out since gap analysis to cut-over for deliverables related to systems integrations, system architecture, data modeling, data conversion and user provisioning.

Lead the partner/vendors teams and deliverables to ensure Otis best practices, roadmap, timeline and KPIs.

Manage the overall CRM Data Strategy, governance, modelling, design, conversion, and integrity.

Lead overall portfolio integration approach, standards, templates following global standards.

Provide team management, leadership and direction to solution architecture, integration and data designs.

Manage internal and external teams’ allocation for the country’s implementations and solution architect deliverables.
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of leading systems architect and integrations with demonstrated experience leading, motivating, and developing teams

Experience in MS Dynamics, Azure, Devops, K2, Power Automate.

Experience in tech stack for systems integrations and data migration tools.

Experience successfully driving technology delivery using Agile framework and CI/CD best practices

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a technical/analytical and non-technical/non-analytical audience

Proven work experience leading technical teams in an onshore/offshore model

Should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience
