This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. This is the ideal position for an individual with a desire to gain experience in the K-12 educational technology and publishing industry. As an Associate Learning Architect on the Product Development Team, you`ll be integral to the development of quality instructional components of print and digital products that help students of all ages master their learning goals.

  • Position Type
    : This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $47,600.00 and $66,689.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
  • Travel: You can also expect to travel up to 2 times per year, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Engage with experienced Learning Architects to gain industry knowledge and experience.
  • Help create educational materials across product lines, grade-levels, and content areas.
  • Help coordinate work submitted by external vendors and independent contractors.
  • Participate in project meetings, team meetings, department meetings, etc.
  • Contribute to team, department, and company goals and strategic vision.

Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or educational technology.
  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely flexible with the ability to deftly transition from one project to another.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
  • Ability to master tasks quickly, and apply directions and guidelines given to accomplish tasks.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software/tools quickly.
  • Spanish fluency preferred, but not required.
