Auto Hail Repair shop based on pfluggerville Texas. Currently needing representatives to work hail impacted areas near and around Killeen.

Opportunity to travel all over throughout the year As well. Always have work.

Looking for highly driven sales representatives for austin hail repair. This is a door to door position. With recent storms in Texas we need more representatives! We work all year long and have opportunities at any of our locations.

you will consult customers through the repair process from filing the claim with insurnace, uploading photos of damage and scheduling your customers to the shop when approved by insurance.

Management opportunities available based on performance- build your own sales team

We are currently looking to hire 3-5 sales reps in your area!

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Competitive nature with integrity selling techniques.
• Dedication to customer service experience
• Verbal communication skills
• Self starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Training

• Sales experience not required
• We will teach a sales process that will guarantee success- average close is 1 every 10 people !!

Compensation

• Potential to earn well over 200k in your first year
• Earn commission during training
• 100% commission- spiffs can be paid upon vehicle drop.
• Commission range from 15%-20% of total claim - average claim is $10,000
