What we need:
- A Client-Advocate: we believe so strongly in taking care of people and helping with THEIR needs that we don't use the industry terms of “service advisor” or “customer”. We have Clients and your job is to be their Advocate.
- The classic juggling skills of keeping several projects rolling at once (parts ordering / watching promise times / answering technician questions / etc)
- You will need a strong sense of pride in your work.
- All of our staff are committed to their teams’ success first and their own second; you will need to embrace this.
Keys to Success:
- A love of people and strong social/emotional intelligence. If people naturally love you you'll go far in this role.
- Strong computer skills.
- Literacy and technical writing skills.
- Solid basic business skills including bookkeeping and accounting.
- Industry experience: your understanding of how to offer services to solve people's concerns in the scope of an auto repair business will carry you far.
- Specialization: we are a European shop so a love of and understanding of our top brands will be an asset (BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar-Land Rover, Audi-VW, etc)
- Four year degree preferred.
