Role Summary: To prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, with the key aim of delivering food to our customers within 90 seconds. General Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
• Protect the interest of the operator

Requirements
Kitchen Team Member positions will be expected to regularly work four hour, six hour, or eight hour shifts, at various times within the various day parts of: morning (5:30am-2pm), afternoon (10am-7:30pm), or evening (3:30pm-12am), depending on the needs of the business and store performance goals.

A prime candidate will have availability during two, three, or all of these day part times on a regular daily basis. At this time we are prioritizing candidates who have availability between 5:30am to 2pm. Candidates with restrictions in their availability between 10 AM to 8 PM will be considered at a later time. Availability can alternate throughout the week. A prime candidate will also have open weekend availability between Thursday - Saturday.

Qualifications and Skills

• A qualified candidate must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A qualified candidate must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for brief and short distances.
• For full-time positions: open availability between Monday-Saturday and the ability to work at least 35 hours per week is expected for applicants wishing to be considered for full-time status. Additionally, full-time employees must be 18 years of age or older.
• For part-time positions: consistent weekly availability between Monday-Saturday is preferred and the ability to work at least 20 hours per week is expected for applicants wishing to be considered for part-time status.
