Patrick’s Bakery & Cafe is looking for outstanding FOH talent to join our team! We are a beloved neighborhood restaurant that has been operating for over 20 years! We offer dozens of freshly made pastry and dessert selections all made in house and a menu featuring authentic French cuisine that our customers love. The community is very excited for patio season and we are too, we're looking for people with a great attitude, fun personality, willingness to learn, and motivation to add to our awesome team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Rotating stations include barista, food runner, cashier and expediter.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary restaurant including tables, chairs, floors, counters, espresso station, showcase, refrigeration equipment.
• Understands basic food safety guidelines.
• Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
• Knows the full menu and is fully capable of describing any item.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Shift Leader.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume food setting is preferred.
• Experience with takeout preparation
• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Able to prioritize tasks while paying attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Sense of urgency
• Experience working with diverse persons
• Evening and weekend availability preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years of age or above

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly
