Responsibilities + Duties:

• Deliver uncommon hospitality and excellent customer experience by guiding our guests through our extensive craft beer, cocktail, and Craveably Crafted™ food menu
• Create positive first and lasting impressions by always putting the guest and their needs first, ultimately building loyalty in return guests
• Knowledgeable about current promotions and menu items
• Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for during their dining experience
• Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
• Ensure restaurant is kept clean through great safety and sanitation practices throughout the shift and while completing opening and closing duties
• Ability to become a beer and menu expert who can recommend and have engaging conversations about all the items we serve

Qualifications + Skills:

• Restaurant and Server experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
• Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.63 - $30.00 per hour
