Job Description

We are a fast-growing Medicare Health Insurance company seeking licensed Medicare Health Insurance Sales Agents to join us. We are located in a gorgeous building in Fort Lauderdale with a guard! Our office boasts a sprawling, spacious floor plan and breathtaking views of Fort Lauderdale! Requirements


  • Must hold an active 215 or 240 License and be able to sell in at least 20 states.
  • Must have at least six months of experience selling Medicare Advantage Plans.
  • Must have a current 2023 AHIP Certification.
  • Must have current releases from carriers.
  • Must be computer literate with the ability to type over 40 WPM.
  • Must be able to commute reliably to and from our Fort Lauderdale office ***This is an in-person position only.***
  • Must be able to commit to and consistently work a full-time schedule.
  • 9 AM - 630PM Monday - Thursday and 9 AM to 4 PM on Friday.

Responsibilities


  • Engage with live transfer candidates to determine the Medicare Advantage plan that best fits their needs.
  • Collaborate with other agents to foster a team environment and promote company growth.
  • Contribute to a relaxed yet professional work atmosphere.
  • Be punctual, professional, and courteous at all times.

Compensation


  • $20 per hour base pay plus $50 per Medicare Advantage Policy written!
