We are growing and are in need of a Billing/Office Clerk who is fluent in Spanish and English. Previous experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required. The Billing/Office Clerk will be responsible for assisting our Billing and Marketing departments.

The position involves but is not limited to, communicating with potential and current clients, working with our paralegals to ensure billing is accurate, assisting with closings and payments, and working with our digital marketing content. You must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents and possess a high degree of organizational ability.

• Ability to fluently speak Spanish and translate documents
• Flexibility to jump into various tasks and duties
• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational skills to meet specific time requirements
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent work ethic
• Digital Media Experience (Preferred but not required)

Unlimited PTO ***One day Work from Home Weekly****
