Job Description

We are currently looking for full-time BCBA. Must be licensed in the state of Missouri.

My World ABA is a day treatment program that is dedicated to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across Southwest Missouri. Every child is perfect in their own right and it is our duty to help lead them toward the fullest life of engagement they may obtain. Instead of forcing our world upon them, we base our treatment around their world (i.e. their interests, motivations, preferences, etc.).

As a BCBA at My World ABA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and graphing, as well as training and supervising RBT's in clinic and community settings.

Requirements

• Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB and retaining appropriate memberships certifications
• Experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Assessment of skills & deficits across a variety of domains: Speech/Language/Communication, Sociability, Sensory/ Cognitive Awareness, Health/Physical/Behavior, Academic, Activities of Daily Living, etc. using best practice methodologies such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.
• Development of skill acquisition and behavior support plans which deliver measurable improvement across metrics
• ABA methodologies including Functional Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior Analysis, Incidental Teaching, Shaping, Chaining, Modeling and Imitation, Task Analysis; Motivational methodologies and reinforcement practices;
• Coordination with multiple care providers including Special Education Professionals, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Pediatricians, and Neurologists is helpful'
