Bookkeeper

Pay: $20-30 an hour

Shift: 1st shift, 40 hours a week

Location: Grand Blanc, MI

Requirements:

• Maintain QuickBooks records for 4 separate companies
• Accounts Receivables and banking
• Invoicing Tenants
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll for Michigan, Ohio, and Washington State
• Creation of Monthly Invoices and Expense Reports
• Mange Checking Accounts and monitoring cash flow
• Weekly, monthly, and year-end filing
• Support Person Property Tax forms, end of year tax support
• All other bookkeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of previous experience
• Strong Communication both Written and Verbal
• Proficient in MS Office Suites, QuickBooks, IMS, and computer navigation
• Previous experience as an Accounting Bookkeeper
