DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Network Security Engineer, you will have multiple responsibilities within presales, professional services, and technical training.

This role will report to the Sr. Director, Support and Services.

As the Network Security Engineer, you will:

• Provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams and partners: responding to questions and inquiries, providing demos, competitive analysis, networking and security design, and specifications, etc. for products and technologies.
  
• Work with the Vendor Management and Marketing teams to develop and conduct webinars and short-course trainings for both internal teams and external partners/customers
  
• Provide technical support to the Professional Services team
• Other duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you

The ideal Network Security Engineer:

• Proficient with TCP/IP and OSI networking, and troubleshooting
• Networking and Cybersecurity trainer experience
• Hands-on knowledge on network security
• 2 years professional working experience in Cybersecurity industry
• 3+ years of IT experience
• Motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Work and communicate well within a team

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full Time Exempt, Remote
• Salary ($90,000 - $100,000 OTE)
• Travel up to 10%
